Transitions and Rituals
Rituals have accompanied us since time immemorial. They are celebratory acts that are consciously designed and have a deeper meaning in our lives.
Whether in everyday life, at turning points or in the special moments that shape our lives – rituals give us support, structure and meaning.
A ritual is more than a sequence of gestures or words. It is a space in which we pause, consciously feel and experience. Rituals connect us with ourselves, with others and often with something bigger. They allow us to appreciate and celebrate the important transitions in life - birth, marriage, farewell or new beginnings.

Why do we perform rituals?
Rituals help us to create change by making the invisible visible. They give expression to our feelings and create a bridge between heart and mind. In a world that often moves too quickly, rituals offer moments of calm, reflection and new beginnings.
A ritual can provide comfort when words alone are not enough. It can share joy when we celebrate a special moment with others. It can also provide healing when it comes to saying goodbye or overcoming a challenge.
Free rituals and speeches – personal and authentic
As a freelance speaker and ritual facilitator, I create rituals that are as unique as the people they are intended for. Free from religious or traditional guidelines, I offer you space to bring in your own personal values, wishes and stories.
Together we develop ceremonies that are tailored to you - whether it's a wedding, farewell party or other life event. My goal is to put you and your story at the center and create a ritual that you and your loved ones will remember.

What kind of rituals are there?
At free weddings, for example, couples can perform a handfasting ritual, light a candle or mix sand to symbolise their union. Welcome ceremonies for children are often accompanied by good wishes from family and friends, the planting of a tree or the filling of a time capsule. At funerals, rituals such as lighting candles or writing down memories create a conscious farewell. Each ritual is individually tailored to the wishes and values of those involved and gives special moments a very special meaning.
